We recognize that not all clients are the same. Larger clients often compete with larger more established competitors.  Some smaller clients in very competitive industries need to super-charge their website marketing to catch competitors.

Medium to large companies and corporations, as well as Government sites and institutions such as universities and public services.  The website or portal normally has lots of content and is usually dynamic and CMS managed.

Specification

The initial Search Engine Optimization work includes:

  • Competitor Review. We analyze the websites of specific competitors and market leaders and incorporate the findings into the keyword research for the client.
  • Keyword research to find what are the best words and phrases to optimize for.  We get search counts to show how many people a year globally, or in the US, are using which search words.  For larger clients this can involve assessing brand equity and the results have wider marketing implications.  We will then reconcile this with the number of webpages already optimized for each search phrase.  With this data you can see how much demand and competition there is for each possible phrase, and you can pick the winners to optimize on your website.
  • Optimization of the website applying international SEO best practice standards including Google guidelines, and addressing W3C compliance standards.
  • Manual submission of your newly optimized website to major US and International Search Engines and Directories.
  • Setup of a Google Sitemap to give Google another view of your website.  This helps ensure all your pages are indexed and Google has an up to date record of all pages.
  • Content guidelines to help you increase the keyword density of optimized words on specific pages.

The monthly Search Engine Marketing work includes:

  • Updating your site’s optimization when Google and the other Search Engines change their algorithms.
  • Increasing the credibility, relevancy and popularity of your own website by facilitating the linking of other quality websites to your site.  Each month we assess other websites and directories and approach those that are equal or stronger than your own.  We also publish articles on your behalf on influential websites to gain inward links and traffic back to your own website.
  • Reporting on your rankings.  Each month you can generate on the day of your choice a report showing how your website is performing for your set search phrases in Google, Yahoo, MSN and AOL.  As your rankings improve you will see a corresponding increase in visitors to your site and enquiries and sales.
  • Reporting on your competitors’ rankings.  As part of your monthly reports we can include up to three competitor websites.  This can help you monitor your strategy to overtake them and also alert you if they suddenly start focusing more on search engine marketing themselves.

Corporate Maintenance

(note that maintenance is required following SEO) If maintenance is declined then requested later there is a setup fee of $375 to establish the inbound Links Campaign.
