Improvements and bug fixes to the CMS are automatically uploaded once testing is complete, ensuring that you always have the latest version of the software. There are no hidden costs, if you find something that doesn't work for you, we will fix it. This fee also includes ongoing, free of charge, help desk support for one nominated user per license via the built-in Orbit help desk tool.
